What is The Bastards Club?
The Bastards Club is the official loyalty program of The French Bastards. By joining, you enjoy exclusive benefits, earn points with every purchase, and experience even more of the TFB universe.
It’s a program that reflects who we are: generous and unapologetically fun.
Is membership free?
Yes, joining the program is completely free.
How do I sign up?
In-store: via a display with a QR Code that links to the registration form.
Online: from the The Bastards Club tab on our website.
Once registered:
- You can immediately download your digital loyalty card.
- You gain access to your personal dashboard to track your points and rewards.
- You start earning points right away.
What are the benefits of the program?
- Earn 1 point for every euro spent.
- Redeem loyalty points for free products.
- Take part in challenges to earn extra points.
- Receive early updates and exclusive surprises.
Is the program valid in all stores?
Yes, your loyalty account is accepted in all The French Bastards stores throughout France.
II. Earning Points
How do I earn points?
- €1 spent = 1 point credited (cents are not counted; rounded down to the nearest euro).
- Through Bastards challenges (leave a Google review, visit a store, try a product, etc.).
Which products are eligible?
All products sold in The French Bastards stores earn points.
What is a challenge?
Simple missions you can complete to earn points faster: leave a Google review, visit a new store, try a new product, etc.
Does it change?
Yes, challenges are updated regularly so you can always earn more points.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! Foodporn love is meant to be shared.
Every validated referral = 10 points for you AND 10 points for your referral.
Steps:
- From your personal dashboard, copy your referral code.
- Share this code with your referral.
- They enter the code when creating their account.
- After their first in-store purchase, points are automatically credited to both accounts.
How many points can I earn?
You can earn up to 400 points. Beyond this limit, no additional points can be credited.
Do points have an expiration date?
Yes, points are valid for 12 rolling months.
Can I come to the store as often as I want to enjoy the program?
Yes, you can visit the store as often as you like. Each checkout allows you to earn points as long as you show your loyalty card.
III. Rewards & Redeeming Points
How do I use my points?
- You can redeem your points for a selection of products.
- The list of available products is displayed in your personal dashboard.
- Products may vary throughout the year.
How do I claim a free product?
- Log into your personal dashboard.
- Click “Unlock” for the chosen product.
- The corresponding points are automatically deducted.
- On your next visit to the store, show your digital loyalty card.
- Inform the staff member that you want to collect your free product.
How long is my reward valid?
Once unlocked, you have 90 days to collect your product in-store.
Can I cancel a reward redemption?
No, once confirmed, a redemption cannot be cancelled.
IV. Managing My Loyalty Account
How do I track my points?
- Where can I see my balance? → In your personal dashboard or on your digital card (Apple Wallet / Google Pay).
- When is it updated? → Immediately after each purchase or validated challenge.
- Point validity: → Points are valid for 12 rolling months.
- Expiration alert: → You’ll receive an SMS the month your points are about to expire so you can use them before they’re deleted.
Where can I view my activity history?
Your rewards and challenge history → available in your personal dashboard.
What should I do if I have an issue with my points balance?
If your balance doesn’t update, contact us at club@thefrenchbastards.fr.
Are points transferable?
No, points are personal, nominative, and non-transferable.
V. Settings & Personal Data
Where can I access my personal information?
- Available in your personal dashboard.
- Your digital card only displays your first and last name.
How can I update my personal data?
- You can update your email, password, and personal information directly from your dashboard.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from your dashboard.
What GDPR policy applies to the protection of my data?
- Your data is collected solely for managing the loyalty program.
- It is not shared with third parties without your consent.
- You can request deletion or correction of your data at any time (via your dashboard or by email).
How can I delete my loyalty account?
- You can delete your account at any time from your personal dashboard.
- Deleting your account permanently erases all your points and benefits.
